Cathay Pacific Airways was named the winner of the Best Transpacific Airline Award at the 2010 World Airline Awards by Skytrax that took place in Hamburg on 20 May. The Skytrax award winners are selected by the airline industry’s most important audience, its customers. More than 17.9 million air travellers from over 100 different nationalities took part in the 10 month survey, between July 2009 and April 2010
