To cross the border from Germany to Czech Republic, you go through a tunnel, where the surroundings on the German side were full of lush greenery, and on the Czech side covered in lily-white snow, amazingly enough. The coach got to learn a bit of Czech history and how to say ‘Dobry Den’, then reached the beautiful city of Prague, with our first visit during the day’s late afternoon being Hradcany, and the beautiful Prague Castle.

I am infinitely in love with Windsor Benches & Chairs. I love the combination in the pictures below of traditional spindle chairs along side the more dramatic higher backed Windsor chairs. The bench is what really captures me though. I would love to ( some day ) have a combination of the dramatic higher backed chairs, traditional spindle chairs and one beautiful Windsor bench, preferably painted in a lovely, punchy color. Milky Blue perhaps? Ahh a girl can dream!
